How do corporate headshots work without a photographer?

You buy credits for your team, lock the background and style in the admin dashboard, and invite people by email or a shared link. Each person uploads about 10 selfies, and about 15 minutes later they choose from 96 professional portraits in the team's style.

Will everyone's photos really match?

Yes. As admin you lock backgrounds and outfits, so every portrait shares the same background, light and framing. You can also upload your brand colors or an image as the background.

Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?

That's where it works best. Nobody has to be in the same room or city – each person uploads selfies from their phone, wherever they are, whenever it suits them.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Companies get an invoice that complies with local accounting rules. You can also pay by card.

What about people who join later?

Add credits when someone joins. Their portraits come out in the same locked style, so the team page stays consistent as the team changes.

How much do corporate headshots cost?

$45 per person, with 10% off from 6 people, 15% from 11, 20% from 26 and 25% from 51. A photographer typically charges about $200–$400 per headshot session in the US, according to Thumbtack, plus travel and retouching for a team.

Can we use our brand colors as the background?

Yes. Teams can upload exact brand colors or an image as the background, and lock it for everyone.

How long does it take for a whole team?

About 15 minutes per person after they upload, and people upload in parallel. Most teams have their portraits the same day they send the invitations.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Photos are stored encrypted in the EU, AI models are deleted automatically after 30 days, and every team member can delete their own photos at any time. We never share your photos.

What if I'm not happy?
