Full administrative control
As the administrator of the company package, you have extensive control. You can assign team names in the dashboard, making it easier to organize and identify employees. You can also lock specific styles for both men and women. This means employees won’t be able to choose their own styles if you prefer full control. By selecting a specific style, for example, a certain background, you ensure that all headshots align perfectly with your brand’s visual identity. You can choose to lock styles or allow employees to select styles themselves directly on the platform.
How do I purchase headshots for my employees?
On our website, you can easily find the company package under the “Teams” menu. Here, you can adjust the number of employees using a slider. The more employees you include, the bigger the discount. Once the purchase is completed, your account will receive a number of tokens equal to the number of employees. For example, if you purchase headshots for 30 employees, your account will receive 30 tokens. Each employee uses one token to generate their headshots.
How do employees upload their photos?
As an admin, you can send an invitation link directly to your employees. You can copy the unique link and send it manually, or add employee email addresses directly in the dashboard and send out invitations. You can paste multiple email addresses at once, and our system will automatically send the invitations. Employees will be taken directly to the dashboard, where they can use their token to generate their headshots. Remember to follow the guidelines written to get the best results.

We are fully committed to handling your data with the highest level of confidentiality.
Headshots can be deleted at any time with one click. We use AES-256 encryption. Databases are hosted in Europe. Image providers are certified under SOC 2 and ISO 27001
All your input-images are automatically deleted in our system after 30 days.
Can other employees see my headshots?
No. Only the administrator account can view all headshots.Each employee can only see their own.
Can other employees see my uploaded selfies?
No. Uploaded selfies are private and cannot be viewed by anyone else — including administrators — once uploaded.
Can we add more employees later?
Yes. You can purchase additional tokens directly from the dashboard at any time.
What if an employee uploads the wrong selfies?
Following the image guidelines is essential for good results.
Good input = good output.
Only upload images of the person you want headshots of. If a mistake happens, simply contact us via live chat and we’ll help you.
What if we’re not satisfied with the result?
In 99% of cases, unsatisfactory results are caused by the input images.
